I'm losing my mind over something so stupid. 
I'm writing a paper for my Criminology class and I need to cite this government website. But here's the problem: THERE'S NO AUTHOR LISTED. Like... who wrote this?? The government?? A random intern?? A ghost??
I've googled this like 5 times and every source tells me something different. My APA manual is from 2019 so it's probably outdated. My professor just says "follow APA 7th edition" which is NOT helpful.
Can someone just tell me the RIGHT way to do this?
The website is from the Bureau of Justice Statistics. The page title is "Crime in the U.S. 2023." No author. Date is 2023. I'm quoting a statistic from it.

Also, what if I use the same website multiple times but different pages?? Do I need separate citations or can I just use the same one??
