Looking for a writer for a 10-page History paper on WWII. Any suggestions?

Got myself into a bit of a situation here. My History prof just dropped a 10-pager on WWII (specifically the Eastern Front) and it's due in like... 10 days. Which sounds like a lot, but I also have two other midterms and honestly I just wanna play the new COD that came out. Is that too much to ask??

I'm looking for a writer who actually knows their stuff about WWII. Not just the basic "Hitler bad, Allies good" stuff. My prof is a total nerd about this and will definitely catch someone who doesn't know the difference between the Wehrmacht and the SS. Like, he's that guy.

Budget: Around $200-250 for the whole thing? Is that realistic? I have no idea what stuff costs these days.

Requirements:

• Knows military history (especially Eastern Front)
• Can use proper citations (Chicago style, ugh)
• Won't ghost me halfway through
